Art Inspired by the Perimenopause Journey
Some experiences are difficult to put into words.
Internal Weather is an original art collection by Grace Kroiss that explores the emotional and physical journey of perimenopause through abstract painting. Each piece is inspired by experiences such as brain fog, rage, anxiety, uncertainty, resilience, and hope—giving visual expression to a life stage that is often invisible and misunderstood.
Created alongside Perimenotastic, this collection reflects the belief that art can foster understanding, spark meaningful conversations, and remind women that they are not alone.
Every painting tells a story. Every story opens the door to connection, compassion, and growth.

Perimenotastic is The Story Garden's women's wellbeing initiative, dedicated to supporting women through every stage of perimenopause with evidence-informed education, practical strategies, compassionate coaching, and a welcoming community.
Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, group programmes, and community gatherings, we help women better understand their changing bodies, navigate symptoms with confidence, and make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.
Whether you're just beginning to notice changes or are already experiencing the challenges of perimenopause, you'll find a safe space to learn, ask questions, connect with others, and discover practical tools that support your everyday life.
Because this chapter is not the end of feeling like yourself—it's the beginning of understanding yourself in a whole new way.
