Thrive in Your Midlife
Understanding Perimenopause. Empowering Women. Building Community.
Perimenopause is one of the most significant yet least understood transitions in a woman's life. It can affect physical health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, career, confidence, and daily life—often years before menopause itself.
At Perimenotastic – Thrive in Your Midlife, we believe every woman deserves access to trusted information, compassionate support, and a welcoming community where she feels seen, heard, and understood.
Our mission is to empower women through education, coaching, creativity, and meaningful connections, helping them navigate perimenopause with knowledge, confidence, and hope.
Whether you're just beginning to notice changes or have been struggling with symptoms for years, we're here to help you better understand your body, advocate for your health, and discover practical strategies that support your wellbeing.
Because understanding your body is the first step toward thriving in midlife.
Our Four Pillars
🌿 Learn
Knowledge is empowering.
We translate current scientific research into practical, easy-to-understand information through workshops, webinars, articles, research briefs, and educational resources, helping women make informed decisions about their health.
💛 Thrive
Every woman's journey is unique.
Our coaching and wellbeing programmes provide practical tools, lifestyle strategies, and personalised support to help women navigate the physical, emotional, and mental changes of perimenopause with greater confidence and resilience.
🤝 Connect
No woman should go through perimenopause alone.
Through community gatherings, support groups, conversations, and events, we create safe spaces where women can share experiences, learn from one another, and realise they are not alone.
🎨 Create
Creativity can be a powerful part of healing.
Through creative wellbeing experiences and expressive art, we encourage reflection, emotional expression, stress reduction, and self-discovery. Sometimes words are not enough—and creativity becomes another way to understand ourselves.

My Story
Why
Perimenotastic Exists
No one ever told me about perimenopause.
Not my mum.
Not my aunts.
Not my grandmothers.
No one.
I had never even heard the word.
All I knew was that I was becoming someone I didn't recognise.
I was angry—so angry that I often joked I could eat someone alive. (Most of the time, that someone was my husband.) Looking back, it wasn't funny. It was confusing, exhausting, and frightening.
I felt overwhelmed by everything.
My marriage.
Parenthood.
Work.
Life.
I felt incredibly lonely, as though no one understood what I was going through.
From the outside, my life looked wonderful.
I was married to a loving husband, raising an amazing daughter, working in the pharmaceutical industry, travelling internationally for work, flying business class, and spending time in airport lounges that many people dream of.
By all appearances, I had every reason to be happy.
So why did life suddenly feel so heavy?
Why couldn't I find joy?
Why did I feel like I was losing myself?
There were days when I cried for no obvious reason.
Days when I questioned my marriage.
Days when I called in sick because I simply couldn't cope mentally.
I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and carrying a weight I couldn't explain.
Then I met Katie.
She introduced me to something I had never heard of before:
Perimenopause.
For the first time, everything began to make sense.
I met other women whose stories sounded just like mine.
I realised I wasn't weak.
I wasn't failing.
I wasn't "going crazy."
I was going through a completely normal biological transition—one that far too few women are prepared for.
That moment changed everything.
I immersed myself in learning, determined to understand what was happening to my body and why so many women were suffering in silence.
I became a Certified Menopause Coach, a Licensed Menopause Champion (MEG), and a Member of the European Menopause and Andropause Society (EMAS). The more I learned, the more I realised that knowledge has the power to replace fear with understanding—and confusion with confidence.
That journey inspired me to create Perimenotastic – Thrive in Your Midlife.
My mission is simple:
To ensure that no woman has to navigate perimenopause feeling confused, dismissed, or alone.
Through education, coaching, creativity, and community, I want women to know that what they are experiencing is real, that support is available, and that this chapter of life can be approached with knowledge, strength, and hope.
Because when women understand what is happening to their bodies, they don't just survive midlife—
They thrive.
